How To Play
Individuals create comic-book panels 1 by 1. Panels can be created as simply as just photoshopping some characters and speech bubbles together.
The catch: the panel you make must include the sentence/phrase given to you. After you make your panel, as you post it, write a sentence/phrase that the next person will have to include.
Example: person 1 has just posted a panel, as well as a sentence. Person 2 can make the next panel, but has to include (in the dialogue of the panel) the sentence person 1 gave person 2.
Taking turns: If you want to do the next panel, comment 'next' on the most recent panel.
The purpose?
To collaborate in creating a (silly) comic-book with a continuing storyline.

Misc rules:
You can't post twice in a row, let someone else continue.
If you use images from the web, you have to modify them in some way.
